Refund Policy All rent is due on the anniversary date. If you have not completed a vacate form and/or there is still a lock on your unit as of the anniversary date, full rent is due for that month. Rent will be pro-rated for move-outs only if notice is given at the time rent is paid in advance of the due date. If the tenant moves out mid-month without giving that prior notice, the tenant agrees to pay a full month's rent. In the event your account is overcharged due to an entry error, A-1 Car Storage will refund your account within 24 hours of being notified of the discrepancy.
