Do I need insurance? Proof of insurance is required in order to
store your vehicle at any of our facilities.
What is required to rent a car storage space?

How long do I have to sign up? We offer month-to-month rentals
with no long-term commitment to save you money.
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard,
Discover and American Express. Please ask about our convenient credit card auto-pay
program!
How can I make a payment? Payments can be processed by mail, in
person, over the phone, through our website or 24 hours self-service kiosks available
at select locations. You may also arrange to have payment automatically deducted
from your credit card. Please ask your local location about this convenient payment
option.
How do I prepare my car for storage? Before storing your car or
vehicle, change and check all fluid and oil levels, vacuum the interior and wash
& was the exterior. Stored vehicles should have their convertible tops up, sunroofs
and windows closed when they are stored. Storage of gasoline and other flammable
chemicals is prohibited.

What is required to rent a car storage space?

What kind of security features are available for Inside Car Storage?
Our facility is monitored with 24 hours digital surveillance cameras and access
to the Inside Car Storage area is strictly controlled and limited to our on-site
Car Storage Consultants. All visitors to the A-1 Car Storage facility must register
with the office and are accompanied at all times while on the premises.
Will my keys be securely stored in a locked safe? Yes, your keys
will be safely secured in a lock safe to give you peace of mind.
During what hours will I have access to my stored vehicle? Normal
access hours to vehicles stored inside is 9am – 6pm Mon-Fri and 9am – 5pm on Sat.
This is a long-term car storage facility and we are not equipped for cars coming
and going frequently. As a result, if you intend to pick-up your stored vehicle,
please provide us with at least 72 hours notice, as cars are typically parked in
front of other cars, or may require battery charging, etc. We're the only Car
Storage facility in the area offering 24 Hour Pick-up & Drop-Off Service
with advanced notice - ask for details.
What optional services do you offer? A-1 Car Storage offers the
following Optional Services: engine start-up, tire pressure check, trickle charge,
vehicle wash and detailing. After Hours Drop-Off and Pick-Up Service in a secured
holding area is also available with advanced notice – ask for details.
What is VIP Car Storage? A-1 Car Storage offers a VIP Car Storage
section for car enthusiasts and individuals who require value added services to
protect their investment of fine collectible automobiles. Our VIP Car Storage
section has its own special locked gates within our secured car storage facility
with 24 hour digital surveillance cameras. Each VIP Car Storage customer will be allowed 2 free “In/Out” privileges
a month; this service is otherwise considered an added service. Our VIP Car Storage
is the perfect solution to keep any classic car, hot rod or high end cars extra
safe and secure while you are away.
